"WOMEN AT THE WALL: A Call for Peace..."

An interactive assemblage of weaving/mixed media  of copper, handmade paper, glass, beads, wood, ceramic, papyrus, abalone, prayer shawl, and stone.  It calls upon all people of the earth to act in consort for harmomy and peace. The variety of forms and materials reflect the diversity in our worrld, the interweaving of our stuggles and the creative outpourings of the human spirit.  First exhibited at the UNITED NATIONS in NYC. Over 3,000 "Prayers for Peace" have been written on scrolls and left on the artwork, 8' X 4' X 3'.
